ITIF (The Information Technology & Innovation Foundation) recentrly released a special report to measure the global innovation-based competitiveness of 36 countries and 4 regions. The results of this benchmarking study, based on 16 indicators, showed performance in overall and also listed the score change in the decade 1999-2009.
